The World of Hellmouth project is always interested in seeing artist portfolios as many different projects are in a “private status” while all the pieces are being brought together on a financial end to ensure the completion of each green-lit project.

Keep in mind, XEI Publishing is an independent publication and has a limited budget for projects during its startup . Any artist is, or course, encouraged to send submission information. If there is an interest in the artist and their work, their contact info and pricing rates will be added to a contact file for possible future consideration. Thanks in advance for your time!

1. Send a link to your portfolio: Personal Website, DeviantArt.com, ConceptArt.org, etc.
2. Send your contact info: Name, Email, Website (if you have one), any other info you wish at this stage but not important (right now).
3. Send your Rates for any of the following that applies or interests you:
   • Quarter Page, Black & White
   • Quarter Page, Color
   • Half Page, Black & White
   • Half Page, Color
   • Full Page, Black & White
   • Full Page, Color
   • Cover Art
   • Sequential Page, Black & White
   • Sequential Page, Color
   • Spot Illustration, Quarter Page, Black & White, Simple or No Backgrounds

4. Give a short note on what time frame you require when doing certain types of work.
5. If there are opportunities to reduce “per item” rates due to guaranteeing bulk contract packages, please make mention of this! Important as these options will likely become more desirable.
6. You must be serious about completing the projects you agree to start! Do not apply if you are still testing out the waters of your career choice.
7. Have open lines for communication, be respectable, be responsible, and be dependable.
